Rael graduated with a degree in BSc Eng (Elec) in 2005 from the University of the
Witwatersrand. Since then he has worked on various projects including implementing
an electromagnetic model of the Rooivalk helicopter, help launch a number of web
sites for the UK's largest media group and most recently a dynamic web application
to manage the cash flow of a Consilium Software client. From his degree, Rael has
experience creating both hardware and software based applications. Rael has developed
an interest in dynamic web sites since graduating and has gained corresponding core
skills including database design and web development using the state of the art
Vaughn completed his BSc in Computer Science in 2006, and has since further developed
his keen programming skills working in Dubai and Johannesburg on both web and desktop
based applications. Vaughn has completed both Microsoft and Java Certifications
and has experience using industry preferred libraries in both languages. Before
starting Consilium Software, Vaughn worked on a SMS and MMS platform that went on
to deliver thousands of messages each day.

Rory is Consilium's software architect, having worked first as a developer then
as a systems analyst and project owner for some of South Africa's biggest companies.
Since finishing school in 1998, Rory has in some way worked in the IT field.
Rory has a honours degree in Computer Science and is currently completing his masters through UNISA.
Some of the
projects Rory has been involved in include an enrollment system for Discovery Health,
a Calypso finance implementation for RMB, and project management for Investec. Rory
has full Java Certification, and is well versed in building robust, scalable software
